Blown, fused, hot sculpted, cold worked, and enameled glass: assembled. Figure is flat glass and drawn using fused glass powders and cut out with a polished edge. The base features a hot glass sculpted nautilus shell used as a stage that the figure is slotted and glued into. The shell sits upon a fused piece of glass that is reminisent of sand in color. The clear glass half dome that hovers over the figure is supported by three glass letter blocks that spell out SOS. A thermometer is glued to the side of the dome. Letter blocks spell out the word sorry across the top of the dome. The color in the base was not well captured in the video. The photos are a better representation of the colors in the piece.

Wipe with a damp rag or spray with glass cleaner. Do not immerse in water. Not dish washer safe. Lift, do not slide to avoid scratching the base.

Return of this item must be pre-approved and requested within 1 week of the item's arrival and are subject to a re-stocking fee that covers the material costs of packaging. In the unlikely event of breakage, insured work must be inspected within the carrier insurer's window for a claim to be processed. So do inspect the work when it arrives.
